Crompton.

With nothing to do on Saturday afternoon, my mind somehow drifted to thinking about the bopping center of Central Otago - Cromwell. The town of the Giant Fruit, best skate park in the world, and some conveniently shaped rustic pipes.

Whilst filming for 'How About It', several trips were made to a location just outside of Cromwell, and with the help of Brad Greenslade and his almighty Hi lux, many pieces of rustic drainage pipes were moved around to suit bike riding. The result being a very picturesque riding spot.

Since its hay day, the spot has changed a little, with the big quarter having sunk a little, but the majority of it still rides pretty nice. Saturday afternoon sore myself, Ben Finney and Seb Kemp shoot some photos there.

Seb Kemp got a puncture early in the session, his foot plants were getting out of hand!

Finney with the rustic Rythms in the back ground.

Initially there was a spine set up on the run in to the quarter, unfortunately this has changed shape, but the lads still had a good seshion on it. Finney and Seb got there shred on in the mini trannies, doing some airs, foot plants, abubacas stalls and so on. Got some fresh shots.
