MDTV Episode 7, Cardrona Games Big AirOver Thursday and Friday last week the Relentless Cardrona Games took place at Cardrona. The games included FMX, Sled Jumping and a Ski/Snowboard big air.
Over summer John Melville directed some large earthworks, the result being a big air site, and a new 22 foot half pipe.
The general feedback was pretty positive, its always hard to impress everyone. It was the first decent jump anyone had hit this season, so everyone had a few teething problems.
The competition could have been run alot better, but there was some serious prize money thrown down, and it was a rad night time big air. Huge props to Andrew Kennerly, some of the most stylish riding I've seen in a while. Will be interesting to see how the Billabong Snow Stock Compares. Anyway, check the episode!
