Roadtripping.

I'm now set up in Auckland with my internet life line cleany inserted, what a backlog. I'll be based here until winter brings me back to Wanaka for an exciting season. Last Wednesday Regan Low and I made the mission to Auckland in an epic one day drive which sore many amusing discussions arise. We then headed to Whangamata for the weekend to film a round of the Hyundai Pro Longboard tour. Heres a few snap shots to document the trip, with many large portions missing.

A brisk Lake Tekapo, it was snowing on the Lindis Pass.

We stopped in Christchurch to see our editor of the Longboard TV show, Trinity Ludlow. The Documentry is shaping up nicely in the dungeon.

What gets you through 24 hours of driving? Coffee. Regan looks pleasant at Kaikora.

We also stopped briefly in Kaikora at surfwatch
If you ever need a place to sleep in Kaikora go there. Its amazingly beautiful.

Blenheim and stormy clouds.

The Interislander looking calm. How ever our trip involved 7-8m swells. I enjoyed the company of a bung eyed transexual maori man who was getting drunk whilst I tryed to hold down my chicken drumb sticks.

Fast forward to traveling from Auckland to Whangamata and we find our selves scoping a spot for shooting a travel sequence in the Hyundai Longboard Show. Richard and Regan check out a sweet little river.
